PSX Returns & Exchanges

At PSX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure all personal data is wiped from devices before initiating your return for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PSX account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your item and click the 'Request Return' button.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device, remove all SIM/SD cards, and pack the item securely in its original box with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
